Agree to Our Terms

If your project comes unprepared for quilting and it takes a long time to prep it to be loaded onto the machine, an additional cost of $15/hour may be added to the price quoted (ie, pressing, trimming threads, squaring up top/back/binding – anything that takes longer than 30 minutes.) I will contact you if there are any problems with your quilt or additional/unforeseen costs. In such an instance, I will not progress on your project until I have discussed the situation with you so as to assure your happiness with the finished product. If I can not contact you this may bump your project until we have discussed a solution. I am not able to quilt out or “fix” piecing errors. If the quilt top is not square, or the borders have extra fullness, you can expect tucks/pleats/gathers in the finished quilt. I will do my best to ease in as much as possible, but quilting will not line up points or seams.
